After intake, the hardware is subjected to an extensive assessment. All technical components are checked for correct operation and registered. Any repairs can be carried out immediately for you.
After the technical assessment, we will clean the device externally and subject it to an extensive assessment (grading). In addition, photos are taken of the device of any damage. In this way we offer the clearest possible picture of all aspects that influence the residual value.

No, just accepting goods without further processing is not possible at NerdFix. We do offer the option to collect your order in parts and then process it. After which we can send them bundled or individually on your behalf.
Yes. A NerdFix employee can take care of the collection and registration of the devices at the desired location.
Every device that arrives at NerdFix is registered with a unique asset ID. As a result, this device can be followed in our partner dashboard during the entire process.
